They Didnt Pay For Their Mistakes!

I didnt bother asking them to pay for the stero after they threatened us, so had to pay to have it fixed myself!

Any customer service department knows that if something is faulty under the companys care and you agree to fix it - you really should! instead of using it as away to get your customers off your property and then refusing to do it and threatening them on the phone for asking for what you promised!!!!

any company run in this manor is surely going to lose more customers than they are keep them - but i suppose they dont care as long as they get their money!!!!
